If you have an Android Wear device, and it is correctly paired with your phone (through the Android Wear companion app), you will notice that your Wear apps can not connect to internet anymore (until you disconnect from phone). Let’s change this.
It’s easy. Just go to Developer Options on your watch and disable the setting «Automatic Wi-Fi toggle». Done.
Warning: this feature is here to prevent WiFi from draining your Wear device faster. If you disable it, your battery will note it. Nothing is completly free these days, I’m afraid.
Note: I’ve also noted that this procudure is better done when the phone is disconnected. Otherwise, It may not work properly.
